Natural Lightguide Reduces Chromatic Aberrations

SPIE article shows how human eye uses one of the recent developments in FSI pixels, the lightguide, to reduce its sensitivity to chromatic aberrations.

  1. The fact that the photoreceptors on a semispheric shape surface is also an important factor. The chef-ray angle is always zero at all the photoreceptor array.
